Here you will find a collection of my artwork via this virtual studio of sorts. I’m here to convince you that ART is for EVERYONE. If you did not grow up in the art community, maybe it’s hard for you to talk about art or choose art you like. The art world, in my experience, tends to feel very intimidating to most people.

Well I ain’t about that here, y’all!! ART IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO THE ELITE. That view is dumb totally made up. Art is for YOU. Art is good because it brings you joy. That’s it!

I’m a firm believer in making room for art, whatever that might look like for YOU. Painting not your thing? That’s cool! Maybe collage, drawing, knitting, or something else will speak to you.

I am a fine artist in Nebraska, former math teacher, married to my high school sweetheart, and a mama of the sweetest little guy around. I create paintings inspired by my surroundings, usually in the form of plants or animals that bring me joy. You'll often find a cactus or two in my pieces, along with what's in bloom for the season. Drawing humans isn’t my thing, but someday I’ll get there.
